Can I order cakes and desserts for same day?
Unfortunately, we DO NOT take orders for cakes or desserts that are needed on the same day. Our cakes & desserts are made fresh for every order.
Do you offer Delivery Service for your cakes and desserts?
We absolutely deliver! We have a very limited schedule for deliveries. The earlier we are aware of your order, the better the chances that we can fit it into our schedule. All of our deliveries have a specific fee dependent on the distance/time we need to travel to your venue.
We currently do not offer a pick-up service, for we are a delivery only business. Please contact us for delivery radius details. We do travel as well.
Do you have vegetarian, vegan, or other special dietary options?
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer any vegetarian, vegan, nut-free and gluten-free options. If you have other dietary requirements, please let us know.
Is a deposit needed to secure an order?
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time the cake or treats order is placed, unless you are within 2-3 weeks of your order date, at which time we would require the full payment amount.
*Please note your cake order is not secured unless payment is received and confirmed by us through email.
What types of payment types do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, Paypal, Venmo etc… Please call us for custom orders and quotes or book online through our website for other available orders.
How much advance notice is required to place a cake order?
We typically suggest a minimum of 2 weeks in advance, for our cake calendar fills up fairly quickly. We Highly recommend the sooner you know the date you need your cake, you should call to secure it with a deposit. We reserve cake orders up to 6 months in advance.
What is the minimum size your cake can serve?
Our cakes serve a minimum of 20-25 people. If you would like a custom cake and your guest count is 8 or 12, we will gladly create your cake, however, it will be priced out and created at the minimum 20-25 person cake size.
How do I place an order for a custom cake/treats design?
The best way to begin the order of a custom order is to email us at LaDeira.Jackson@OnesDreamCakesandTreats.com and include details such as: What item(s) you are interested in ordering, The date you would need it for, What flavor(s) you would like (if applicable), How many people you will be serving with it, If there is a theme or color scheme you would like it fit, and any inspiration photos you may have that you’d like us to reference.
From here, we will produce a quote for you and send it back to you in a timely manner. We can also give you options if you are unsure of what will fit into your budget or if you are unsure of exactly what you’d like included in your order. After we finalize the details of your order, you will receive and invoice with payment details needed to Secure your order date.
***Please Note: Orders are not secured until your non-refundable 50% deposit is made and a follow up email confirms your order was received.
Do you offer wedding cake tastings?
Yes we do! (For Weddings Only) Our cake tasting fee is $65.00+tax, if you decide to book your cake with us, the $65.00 you paid will be put towards your cake balance. I could either Deliver the cake samples to you with a rate the cake flavors sheet, which will help keep track of which flavors you prefer over others, and assist you in your final decision. OR I could Setup a Date and Time to come consult with you while you are tasting the cake samples and answer any questions you may have on the spot.
